Technical Information Exchange events are designed to provide our valued customers with a full day of customized, technical training, an opportunity to discuss technical matters of importance, an opportunity for them to network with industry peers, and an opportunity to obtain up to six professional development hours (PDH).


The ABB Red TIE (Technical Information Exchange) event is a one-day training program designed to provide our valued customers with:
  • a full day of customized, technical training
  • an opportunity to discuss technical matters of importance to you
  • an opportunity for you to network with your industry peers
  • an individual certificate of completion will be provided
  • The Red TIE Event is a “technical” exchange. It is not a commercial event.
How is the program structured?
This event will consist of six one-hour technical seminars. The technical topics to be addressed will be determined by YOU. When you register, using the link provided, please rank the technical topics in order of importance to you. ABB will finalize the technical seminar topics to be presented based on the responses received from confirmed attendees. The Red TIE program will begin at 8:00 AM and will conclude at 4:00 PM with a cocktail hour with presenters to follow. Lunch will be provided by ABB.

How many people will attend this event?
Each Red TIE event is designed to accommodate forty attendees. Seats are limited and will be reserved on a first-response basis. Therefore please confirm your reservation as soon as possible. The first forty confirmed attendees will receive an email with additional event details.
